Ortho Slice Border

Simple demonstration presenting the OrthoSliceBorder node.

This node definition can be found in the Medical library (OIVHOME/source/Medical/nodes/OrthoSliceBorder.cxx). This node inherits SoOrthoSlice and allows to add or not a border and to change the color of the border. Do manipulate the border, press 'B' to toggle on/off ortho slices borders and press 'C' to toggle ortho slices color. Change ortho slices position by dragging the mouse in selection mode (Arrow).
