Resample a volume interactively

VSG extension Resampler This example illustrates how to resample a volume interactively set with a transformer dragger defining a box.

This resampling extracts the selected box in such a way that it is aligned with the output subvolume bounding box, even if it is not initially aligned with the input volume bounding box.
